Neon users should have the ability to pause and resume recording via the CCP or the eventual custom ccp

Ability for an agent to choose their own ringtone
We've added a new ringtone, but we had a possible selection. An agent should be able to customise/choose their own ringtone based on preference. https://announcekit.app/dashboard/post/168628

Schedule a call back as call outcome
When an agent makes or take a call in Neon, they should be provided an opportunity to "log a call back" at the call outcome stage. This should provide the ability to set a date and time for the call back to come back through to the agent as a task at the date and time it was set alongside any notes logged at the time
